The open collar is flattering and sits neatly on the bodice giving some drama to this piece. As does the tie belt which can be styled into a feminine front bow. The fit of this piece is easy to wear, with its fitted bodice which leads to a flowing skirt, allowing room for fabulous 50’s style dresses to be worn underneath.
