Return Policy
We only accept the returns of items with manufacture faults or those incorrectly shipped. Before returning the items to us, you must first email us with the reason for your return and we will then have to approve the return. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges of items on Sale or Clearance.
Returned items must be in perfect, unworn condition, inside their original poly bags, with the original tags still in place. We do not accept any responsibility for returned items in transit until they have been received by us. We, therefore, do not accept any liabilities regarding lost packages or items damaged in transit.
We do not cover return shipping costs. It is the customer's responsibility to cover the costs of returns. Once we have received the item, we will inspect it and if we were to find that there are no manufacturing faults or the conditions mentioned above were not met, we will not process the return and you will have to arrange the collection or pay for the item to be sent back to you.
All UK customers must inform us within 14 days.
All customers from abroad must inform us within 21 days.
PLEASE NOTE HANDBAGS AND ITEMS WHICH ARE ON SALE/DISCOUNTED (INCLUDING ALL SAMPLE SALES) ARE NOT UNDER THIS POLICY SO ''NO EXCHANGE OR RETURNS''.
